Currently, it is offering 04 years of BScN to prepare competent nurses who will develop innovative practical solutions to complex health problems from scientific research.

The mission of the College of Nursing is to create a nurturing and innovative learning environment that integrates Islamic and ethical values while harnessing the power of advancing technology. We are dedicated to preparing skilled and compassionate nurse leaders, clinicians, educators, and researchers who are dedicated to advancing health outcomes across the lifespan, with a special focus on geriatric care and excel in interdisciplinary roles at national and international levels, driving the future of healthcare and improving community well-being. We are committed to promoting patient safety and leveraging innovative technologies to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Through a rigorous curriculum, hands-on clinical experiences, and a culture of continuous learning, we strive to equip our graduates with the critical thinking and adaptability needed to lead and improve healthcare systems for all communities Warm regards

Goals

Major goals of the RCN are:

Educate the nurse to provide exemplary nursing care to the health needs of urban and rural populations in hospitals and communities.

Provide leadership in nursing education, practice, and research

This program prepares Knowledgeable, competent professional nurses who would provide safe care to patients and their families at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. This program enables to nurses have a sense of professional accountability, and the ability to function as professionals in the healthcare settings such as clinics, hospitals, community health centers, and rehabilitation centers.

Moreover, nurses will be able to utilize scholarly skills in the use of scientific methods in critiquing, and applying existing nursing theories and research findings in practice settings.

Welcome to the Riphah College of Nursing (RCN). It is a pleasure to have you as part of our academic community, and we are dedicated to fostering a supportive, secure, and nurturing environment for all our students. Our mission is to equip nursing professionals with the skills, knowledge, and ethical foundations necessary to excel in their field.

At RCN, we are committed to delivering nursing education of the highest standards, aligning with the vision of Riphah International University. Our faculty members are highly skilled, employing a range of innovative teaching and learning strategies that encourage critical thinking and a commitment to lifelong learning. Through this open and collaborative educational environment, our aim is to support both the personal and professional growth of our students.

We are also privileged to offer integrated clinical opportunities in collaboration with Riphah hospitals, which allow our students to develop essential hands-on clinical skills.
